hello blogheads. finally, got the time (and the slight passion) to blog something up :).
so yeah, for a not so permanent term, i am currently living in a country that goes by the name The Netherlands*. chose this relatively tiny country because i have relatives living here. also, being in Europe, a lot of countries are a few hours away!! *shrieks in excitement*

ahem, k.

things have been good, but pretty much far from easy. what i have been doing might actually best described as 'struggling' ― almost everything feels like a burden, figuratively in every meaning. wouldn't go into much detail for now, but been living here for two good months and haven't been able to spare time to blog? you get the idea.

most of the time i've been practically hard to reach. i tweet, i ping, i share things, but for one-to-one talks, i haven't been really a cupcake. things can be so frustrating that you get stirred-crazy easily. culture shock is no mystery, let alone the homesickness. at times, these things will really get on your nerves, therefore: what to do? who to blame? however tough you may feel, expect whiny babycry.

talking about myself, right now ―at this very second―, i long to be at home.

i have got myself the nicest, sweetest medicine anyone could get in the entire world.

my friends made me two videos (plus another one, actually, but unpublished). the first one is a photo compilation of my friends and i. the second video is two of my friends singing along to a song. it makes me feel like i was there.

i'm happy with what i'm doing and where i'm standing, never truer than that. but if i could just wish for one thing,

having them with me here would be perfect.

(which is fairly impossible.

but just the thought of it might comfort me for awhile.)

(*also known by "Holland", but the term actually refers to the area of two Western coastal provinces of the Netherlands that is North and South Holland. so the good term is The Netherlands. alias belande si tukang jajah. hehehehe thanks for reading anyw.)
